Day 2 of Weight Loss Journey...

I am recommiting at the what people would say would be the HARDEST time of the year to lose weight...But I hope to have a GREAT support system...

I am posting it here and will make weekly updates on my progress...Here is the breakdown of how i am going to accomplish my goals to become a beautiful Mommy & Wife...
1) The MOST important is to COMMIT and become a better & healthier Mommy
2) Post my weight weekly
3) Log miles of excercise
4) DRINK my water
5) PROVE that you can SURVIVE the Holidays on a diet **yes I said diet**
